Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I found the Red Patent Superstar sneakers on another site for almost $100 less. I had already worn the shoes but could have returned them without comment. Instead, I wanted to do the right thing and pursue a price adjustment. I was ignored. If Gretta & Co. wants to be in the competitive world of e-commerce, the company should be prepared to match prices or issue a gift card equal to the difference in price. The incident gives me serious pause about ever doing business again with Gretta & Co.
